About Nicolle Weeks

Hi, I'm Nicolle.

I'm a writer in Toronto. I've spent 20+ years working at the seam where language meets product: as a journalist, a content marketer, and most recently as the lead content designer behind Scotiabank's conversational assistant.

Today I run Trustfall, a small-business studio, and write Human+AI, a Substack on AI literacy for working professionals.

What I believe

Small businesses deserve the same craft that big brands buy. Most of them are paying for templates and calling it strategy. Trustfall exists because that gap shouldn't be this wide.

What I work on

  • Marketing and content for small businesses. The Trustfall focus: brand voice, web copy, content systems, and the operating model behind them.
  • AI literacy for working professionals. The Human+AI thesis, applied: AI as a workplace skill, not a technical one.
  • Communications and AI in financial services. Writing, content design, and conversational AI for products people have to trust.
  • Building and scaling content teams. Hiring, intake, mentorship, the unglamorous scaffolding that makes craft repeatable.
  • Editorial and storytelling for media and brands. Journalism instincts applied to product, sponsorship, and brand work.

Today

Director of Communications and AI at Manulife. Founder of Trustfall. Writer of Human+AI.
